It's a special ceremony/celebration in which the mama to be is pampered. Surrounded by her sisterhood they honor her with songs, poems, art, loving touch and postpartum goodies. It's a beautiful intimate way to build up mama with love and support in this new journey. A great time to weave a line of communication with her immediate friends to encourage postpartum support.
